The open plan living space has a tiled floor. In the seating area, there’s a comfy sofa and easy chair with side tables, footstool and satellite TV. There’s also a large rug.

The compact, well equipped kitchen area has an electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need, including a cafetiere.
Ludford View is a traditional one bedroom cottage, approximately 10 minutes walk from the town centre. With off-road space for one vehicle, there’s no problem with parking so just relax and stroll into town!
The bedroom has a standard double bed made up with fresh white linens.
There are bedside tables, a small dressing table, an occasional chair and a large built in wardrobe.
The room is fully carpeted and a hairdryer is provided.
The bathroom is fully equipped with bath, walk-in shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Towels are provided.
The cottage is heated by the latest, energy efficient, electric radiators.
The south facing courtyard garden overlooks the river and has garden furniture to enjoy the peaceful location.
Accessibility:
Ludford View is attached to our own property, which is accessed via the courtyard. Due to the age and layout of the property, it is unsuitable for wheelchair users or the infirm. We do not accommodate children under 10 years of age.
Strictly no smoking and sorry, but no pets.
The sunny garden room / entrance hall has table and chairs for two: the ideal spot for a relaxed breakfast or afternoon tea.
There’s also plenty of room to store your coats and shoes.
