The River Teme is an excellent habitat for fish and it contains an abundance of different species, including barbel, trout, chub, roach, grayling and pike.

You can fish from the garden at The Studio & Angler’s Cottage.

If you are staying at Ludford View, access for fishing is via a gate to the main garden and the riverbank.

Walkers & cyclists are especially welcome - we are only half a mile from Ludlow station.

We have lock-up storage for bikes, facilities for cleaning and drying equipment, plus plenty of local maps to inspire you.

We welcomed our first guests to Ludford View in June 2002. After a very successful year we decided to expand by letting The Studio (formerly a dance studio) from September 2003.

Our latest venture is Angler’s Cottage, which will be ready in June 2008, fully refurbished and equipped for up to four guests.

We pride ourselves on our high standards and attention to detail. We manage and prepare the properties personally, so that you can be sure they are always perfectly presented.

We live close by and are there to help if you need anything......and discreetly invisible if you don’t!

We are currently working towards an award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme, which recognises good environmental practice. Our aim is to have as little impact as possible on the environment, while providing guests with the quality they expect.

Many of our guests return year after year - there’s surely no better recommendation!
